Systems Source, Inc. is a leading full-service commercial furniture dealership located in Southern California. Systems Source serves customers throughout the United States with quality furniture, demountable wall systems, flooring, accessories, installation, move and asset management services. Systems Source is both licensed as a contractor and incorporated in the State of California.

Business Challenge:

Design a comprehensive web-based application that can be used internally to manage timesheets, work orders, sales orders, sales forecasting, job costing, and document management.


Andrews Consulting was hired because of their existing relationship as systems support and their proven ability to deliver solutions. Visual Studio.NET was used to develop the site on IIS and SQL Server. Data was imported from a legacy system to provide access to job costing and sales information.


The web site now effectively manages all employee timekeeping and work orders. Sales performance can now be measured in fine detail. Job costing is now far more accurate than ever before.  Managers are now able to react more quickly to changing conditions in the entire workflow, from sales to design to invoicing. Project Managers now have a simple, powerful design request system that helps them keep their projects on track and on time.
